The build, phase by phase
Every project runs the same disciplined sequence. You always know where the job stands and who owns it.
Phase 01

We start on site, not on a take-off. Your superintendent walks the property, listens to what you are actually trying to solve, and gives you an honest range on scope and budget before anything is signed.
Phase 02

With drawings, specific selections and permits in hand, we build the schedule and lock a line-item estimate. Nothing moves to the field until the paperwork is real.
Phase 03
03
One superintendent runs your job from mobilization to punch. Every trade is sequenced by the person responsible for the finish date, and you see the field in your portal daily.
Phase 04
04
We close out our own punch list before we invite yours. Every finish gets inspected against the 678 standard, and the list is documented until it is empty.
Phase 05
05
We walk the finished space together, hand over warranties, manuals and documentation, and leave the portal open so you have a record long after the crew has gone.
