Service · 01 · General Contracting
One contract.
Every trade.
Residential and light commercial builds across metro Atlanta, delivered under a single accountable contract.
Why this exists
Most builds fail in the gaps between trades.
Framers finish and leave. Mechanical shows up three days late. Nobody owns the calendar, so the calendar owns you.
We put one superintendent on the job from mobilization through warranty handoff. Same person walks the site, sequences the trades, signs the change orders and hands you the keys.
What you buy
Scope, in plain language.
Single-contract delivery
One agreement covers labor, materials, permits and the schedule. No trade-by-trade chasing.
Permits and inspections
We pull them, we schedule them, we meet the inspector on site.
Trade sequencing
Your super owns the calendar and every subcontractor answers to it.
Line-item budget
Priced by scope, not by guess. Every change goes in writing before it goes in the wall.
Daily field record
Photos and logs posted the same day so you see the job without driving to it.
Warranty handoff
Punch closed, manuals delivered, warranty in your hand at the final walk.
Who it's for
Built for these owners.
Not for handyman punch lists or single-trade repairs. We are a contract builder.
- Homeowners building new or adding major square footage
- Owners who fired a builder mid-job and need it finished right
- Small commercial owners under 10,000 SF
- Buyers renovating before move-in on a hard date
What kills this job
Three ways it goes wrong.
Drawings that were never finished
Half-drawn plans get priced as assumptions. Assumptions become change orders. We close the drawings first.
Selections made after demo
Tile picked in week nine stops the job in week nine. We lock selections in pre-construction.
Permits treated as paperwork
Zoning and setbacks kill more schedules than weather. We check them before you spend on design.
How it runs
Discovery on site, pre-construction on paper, build under one super, quality control before you ever see a punch list, then handoff.
